Diana Kaye Williams

President & Co-founder

Diana Williams is the President and a founding member of Comrie Enterprises, LLC.

Dr. Williams earned an undergraduate degree BA from New York University, a DDS from Howard University College of Dentistry, and her MBA from the University of Bridgeport.

Dr. Williams has more than 15 years of real estate consulting experience working with Comrie team members where she has assisted non-profits, and for-profit developers receive funds for housing developments and other aspects of project development. Some of her past work includes working alongside engineers, developers, architects, and other members of the real estate development and construction industry with project development, marketing, sales, and financing. Comrie was a consultant to an RFP from the City of Syracuse for the more than 3000M dollars re-development of the Syracuse Inner Harbor.

After Dr. Williams received a Building Performance Institute Certification as a Multifamily Building Analyst in 2009, she has engaged in energy conservation projects as an NYSERDA Multifamily Building Solutions certified partner and in Energize NY as a certified partner. In addition, Comrie Has been Executive Director of Doctor Council--the largest doctor’s union in the US, she negotiated contracts with hospital employers for an amount of approximately $150M-$200M per year. Her role in the industry was key in the distribution of funds for working retraining (physician board certification) as the HHC sought to spend $500M for Medicaid Managed Care readiness.

As Chairperson of the union’s benefit fund, Dr. Williams played a key role in the introduction of a multimillion private pension program for its 3000 doctors. Dr. Williams acquired her international experience (1977-1980) working with the Akashiya Company (New York) a subsidiary of Yamajin Corporation, a multi-million dollar Japanese Real Estate and Electronics Corporation in Tokyo Japan, as the Assistant Manager of US Operations.

Dr. Williams worked to expand the USA market and operations in real estate and small electronics as well as develop strategic relationships for the company within the USA. Comrie’s passion has led her to community relations and community advocacy by advocating a transparent health care system in New York State. She has organized campaigns to raise money and save services and facilities for vulnerable residents. Perhaps what most shows her dedication to innovation and community service is her work in Healthcare in low-income communities.

In 1985, she discovered that Central Harlem did not have the appropriate dental federal designation to receive federal funds and so initiated the process for bringing in substantial federal funds into the area.

Dr. Williams has 20-years of direct patient care experience in large hospital systems and private practice.
